Park Rules

First Sun Holiday Park is a Communal Holiday & Residential Park

All First Sun Holiday Park Guests have the right to enjoy the use of Cabins, Huts, Lodges, and Sites for which a fee has been paid without undue interference from other guests. The following information and guidelines are provided to ensure Guests staying at First Sun Holiday Park have an enjoyable stay.

  • Low Season Check in time for Powered sites is 11 am. For accommodation is 2pm.
  • High Season Check in time for Powered sites is 12pm. For accomodation is 3pm.
  • Check out time is before 10am (NSW time).
  • 1 car per booking is allocated. Additional vehicles are $15 per day and can be arranged at check-in.
  • All payments should be finalised in advance or upon arrival and all extra guests must be paid for upon arrival.
  • The guest name on receipt and/or on register is responsible for ensuring all people in their group staying or visiting the Park complies with these Park Rules.
  • The car park outside the holiday park is for guests and visitors. A parking permit must be obtained from reception to avoid a Council fine infringement.
  • Speed limit is 10km (equivalent to a walk). Pedestrians have right of way at all times.
  • Helmets to be worn at all times when using a bike, scooter or roller blades.
  • E-bikes are not permitted to be ridden in the park by anyone under 17 years of age. A 10 km/h speed limit applies.
  • Due to the risk of damage to other guest’s property, NO ball games in the park. Please use the beach.
  • Please restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings.
  • We have a quiet policy in place from 9:30pm.
  • All visitors must leave the Park by 7pm when the office closes.
  • Please keep your site and other park facilities you use clean & tidy.
  • No pets allowed, only approved certified service animals.
  • No fires permitted.
  • Please secure your belongings as unfortunately thieves do not go on holidays.
  • No refunds are provided for bad weather or early departures.

Check-in Time

High Season -3pm Cabins, Safari Retreats and Lodges
High Season - 12pm All Sites

Low Season - 2pm Cabins, Safari Retreats and Lodges
Low Season - 11am All Sites

Site Bookings, Boundaries and Usage

Site allocation is at manager’s discretion. Site preference is requested but no guarantee of a particular site is given to a customer. Your site allows for one car and your camping setup (van/tent/camper trailer) withing your boundaries. Consult closely with Park staff and Park map to know exactly what the layout of your site is and how to best fit onto it comfortably.

The Park’s  has a variety of site sizes and shapes. We feel that it is important that your site selection is perfectly matched to your needs to ensure you have a great stay with us. We have also included the following information and guidelines to further enhance your holiday.

Zero tolerance rules

For the benefit of our guests staying at First Sun Holiday Park the following guidelines have a ZERO TOLERANCE that may result in your stay with us being terminated, this is non negotiable.

• Anti-social behaviour towards other guests.
• Stealing from other guests staying at the park.
• Abusive language and swearing.
• Undue noise and behaviour after 9.30pm.
• Excessive drinking of alcohol.
• Not accepting instructions from park management and/or security.
• Damage of any kind to park property and facilities.
• Gathering of more than six people on any one site is not allowed unless prior
arrangements have been made with reception.
